Rise 'n Shine!
7:00 am - 8:00 am
Dogs are gently woken up and taken to a relief area for their first morning potty break. Kennels are cleaned and sanitized during this time, and fresh water is provided.
Morning Meal & Rest
8:00 am - 9:00 am
This is a quiet time for the morning meal. Staff follows each dog's specific feeding instructions, including any dietary needs or medications. Dogs are given time to digest their food in a calm, individual space.
Playtime & Group Activities
9:00 am - 12:00 pm
The morning is dedicated to physical and mental stimulation. Dogs are separated into supervised playgroups based on size, temperament, and energy level. Activities include free play in a secure yard, fetching, or interaction with toys. This is also when staff provides one-on-one attention and walks for dogs who prefer to be alone.
Mid-Day Rest
12:00 pm - 2:00 pm
Dogs return to their individual kennels or suites for a quiet, much-needed rest period. This midday break is crucial for preventing over-stimulation and ensuring they have time to relax before the afternoon's activities. This is often when a mid-day snack or medication is administered.
Afternoon Fun
2:00 pm - 4:00 pm
After their nap, dogs are taken out for another round of exercise and group play. This session may include different activities or playgroups to keep the dogs engaged and happy. Dogs who don't participate in group play receive individual walks or playtime with a staff member.
Dinner Time & Tuck-in
5:00 pm - 9:00 pm
The second meal of the day is served. Similar to the morning, dogs eat in their individual spaces to ensure a peaceful mealtime without competition. Medication is also administered as required.
After one last potty break, all dogs are tucked into their clean and comfortable kennels for the night. Staff performs a final check on each dog to ensure they are settled and safe for the evening.
